At Talk it Through Psychology we offer neuro-affirming mental health therapy. Through talking and getting to know you and your situation we can collaborate with you to select the evidence-based therapy best suited and tailored to you.
People choose to seek therapy for many different reasons. You could be struggling with family/relationship issues, might be feeling low or anxious, or maybe you just want to talk some things through confidentially.
If your GP deems you eligible for a Mental Health Care Plan you can access rebates for up to 10 psychology sessions per calendar year through Medicare. The current rebate rate to see a Registered Psychologist is $96.65.
If you have private health insurance cover you may be able to claim a portion of the session fee depending on your plan. You will need to confirm with your individual insurer whether psychology sessions are eligible for a rebate, and if so, the amount of the rebate.
Please note, rebates are only eligible when booking in with a Psychologist.
Therapy is available for individuals with self-managed or plan managed NDIS funding. The fee for plan managed clients will be consistent with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits.
